اللہم ہم تیری مغفرت چاہتے ہیں اور تیری مغفرت مانگتے ہیں، ہم تجھ پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں اور تجھ پر بھروسہ کرتے ہیں۔ ہم تیری بھلائی کی تعریف کرتے ہیں اور تجھ کا شکر گزار ہیں۔ ہم تیری نافرمانی کو چھوڑ کر تیری راضی کرنے والے ہیں۔ اے اللہ! ہم تجھی سے عبادت کرتے ہیں، تیری ہی خدمت کرتے ہیں اور تیری ہی سجدہ کرتے ہیں۔ ہم تیری رحمت کی امید کرتے ہیں اور تیرے عذاب سے ڈرتے ہیں۔ بیشک تیرا عذاب کافروں کو لگتا ہے۔ اے اللہ! ہم تیری نافرمانی اور غربت سے پناہ مانگتے ہیں اور ہم تیرے قبر کے عذاب سے پناہ مانگتے ہیں۔ تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔

Allahumma innā nastaghfiruka wa nastaghfiruka wa nū’minu bika wa natawakkalu ‘alayka wa nuthni ‘alayka-l-khayra wa nashkuruka wa lā nakfuruka wa nakhla’u wa natruku man yafjuruka, Allahumma iyyāka na’budu wa laka nusalli wa nasjudu wa ilayka nas’ā wa nahfid, narju raḥmataka wa nakhsha ‘adhabaka, inn ‘adhabaka bil-kuffāri mulḥiq. Allahumma innā na’ūdhu bika mina-l-kufri wa-l-faqri, wa na’ūdhu bika min ‘adhābi-l-qabri, lā ilāha illā anta.

O Allah! We seek Your forgiveness and ask for Your pardon. We believe in You and place our trust in You. We praise You for all goodness and thank You. We do not disbelieve in You, and we abandon and renounce those who reject You. O Allah! You alone we worship, and to You alone we pray and prostrate. To You alone we strive and hasten. We hope for Your mercy and fear Your punishment, for Your punishment surely falls upon the disbelievers. O Allah! We seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty, and we seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.
